Tee-Time.io (“we”, “us”) helps golfers search Utah tee times and receive optional alerts when matching times open. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account: email address and display name when you sign up (Google OAuth or email/password via Supabase).
Alert preferences: courses, dates, time windows, and player counts you save when creating tee time alerts.
Usage: anonymous analytics (PostHog) to improve the product. Not sold to third parties.

Email alerts

We send transactional alert emails to your account address via Resend when tee times matching your saved alerts open or reopen. You can pause or remove alerts anytime on Account.

SMS

SMS alerts are currently paused. We are not collecting phone numbers for new SMS opt-ins. If we reintroduce SMS later, we will update this policy and require a fresh, explicit opt-in.

Sharing

We use service providers to operate the product: Supabase (database/auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), and Google (Places photos). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Account and alert data are kept while your account is active. You may delete alerts on Account or contact us to request account deletion.
